Our management experience includes construction of hundreds of homes in California and Texas building both homes for sale and custom homes for customers. We know what works and what doesn’t work. In the past few years remodeling existing homes has become our expertise. We have done simple additions, bathroom or kitchen renewals and we have done extensive, remove walls, raise ceilings, move stairways, re-configure kitchens, 2nd story additions and repair projects that require engineering and practical how-to ability.
